How Do I Apply?

The application process is as follows and must be done in order:

1.  Attend New Family Information Session - RSVP REQUIRED sacday@hcchnet.com 

2.  Fill out and return application materials

3.  Participate in a Family Interview

4.  If accepted, fill out registration forms, pay fees

5.  Attend Mandatory Orientation

6.  Read Handbook and sign Participation Agreement
